CLARA LUZIA - MY BODY IS A DIARY
We met Clara on one of these rare warm days in early spring when you wish you could take a day off and spend it exclusively with people you like and only do things you love. Lucky us.
Clara is the one Viennese artist we have without a doubt seen perform most often, closely followed by her former percussionist Mika Vember (who let us direct a music video for her). That afternoon in April we meet the kindness and amiability that is Clara on a street corner, get beers and settle at a tram station for some songs first.

MORNING LIGHT and TIDAL
We move on through the 7th district and find calm in a courtyard, Clara begins to play Fine, an old song that made me fall in love with her music back when her band was still rolling under the name of Alalie Lilt in...well, quite some years in the past.
FINE
Clara has so far released three albums as “Clara Luzia” and is founder and label-Mom of Asinella Records. Asinella is home to her own project, to Mika Vember, Marilies Jagsch, Kommando Elefant, to Bettina Köster and Luise Pop.
There are two more videos which need some more attention on my side before I will put them online for you all to enjoy: “Narrow Margin” and “Heartattack”.
